When is my paid submission actually complete? +
Your paid or bulk submission is complete only after Stripe confirms payment. After you click submit, we'll open Stripe checkout. If payment is canceled, your form is restored so you can continue later.
What happens after I pay? +
We receive your submission, verify the payment, and move it into the priority review lane. You'll get updates through the email you submit with the form.
How fast is review? +
Free link-exchange submissions are usually reviewed in 3-7 days. Paid and bulk submissions are prioritized, usually within 24-48 hours.
What is included in Bulk Submit? +
Bulk Submit includes 10,000 product submissions, 10 done-for-you external directory submissions per product, priority review, and social media promotion.
Do I need a backlink for paid or bulk submissions? +
No. Backlinks are only required for free link-exchange submissions. Paid and bulk plans can skip the badge/backlink step.
What if Stripe does not open automatically? +
The submit button shows a small checkout tip while Stripe is loading. Once the checkout URL is ready, a manual Stripe link appears as a fallback before the page redirects.
Can every product be approved? +
No. We still review submissions for quality, accuracy, and safety. We may reject tools that are spammy, misleading, broken, or not a fit for Submito.
What should I submit for the best result? +
Use a clear product name, the official website URL, a working contact email, the most relevant category, and a concise description that explains what the product does and who it helps.
